How do you build resilience when&nbsp;<em>any<\/em> decision is likely to make at least some people irate?!<\/p>\n<p>Last week,&nbsp;Brett Whysel CEO of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.decisionfish.com\/\">Decision Fish<\/a>&nbsp;interviewed Ken Spero,&nbsp;CEO of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.edleadershipsims.com\/ourteam\">Ed Leadership SIMs<\/a>. To ask him these and related questions in a wide-ranging interview of interest to managers, educators, training and development professionals and anyone who makes decisions!<\/p>\n<p>The interview took place on August 8, 2017 at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.startedaccelerator.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NYU StartEd Incubator<\/a> and included members of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meetup.com\/Behavioral-Economics-NYC\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Behavioral Economics-NYC meetup<\/a>.
